Pain Management

Everyone should be able to enjoy all that life has to offer without pain and dysfunction. Our therapy techniques are highly effective for pain management. Our approach can give you the long-lasting results you have been searching for.

Myokinetic Therapy

This therapy technique uses the same principles as our specialty, Structural Integration. It focuses on targeting specific issues, such as chronic pain and tension. Our practitioner will work to bring the body back into balance and restore range of motion by using a variety of muscle release techniques and movements. Our therapy centers on balancing, integrating and relaxing areas of chronic tension or knots (also known as “adhesions.”) Myokinetic Therapy is a great way to begin to organize change to the myofascial system and alleviate pain. It is also a good starting point in preparation for receiving our ten session series of Structural Integration.
