In honor of April being stress awareness month, in this post, we are going to show you some easy ways to overcome stress and live a relaxed, happy life.  Although stressful events are usually inevitable, there are simple and natural ways to combat the potentially harmful effects.  Here are a few stress busting methods you can try:

As you can probably guess, we are huge proponents of massage and all of the wonderful benefits it can bring to your life.  One of these many benefits massage provides happens to be super stress relief! In just one visit to a massage therapist, you can lower your heart rate, cortisol levels, and insulin considerably.
