The Certification Board for Structural Integration℠ (CBSI), through the process of competency examination and continuing education, maintains standards of ethical and professional practice for Structural Integration (SI) practitioners. The examination process allows CBSI to identify practitioners who have achieved the distinction of Board Certified Structural Integratorcm (BCSIcm) to other professionals and to the public.

Unique Modalities and Tools bring a regional approach that makes the Structural Myokinetic Therapy more comprehensive for longer lasting results creating better stabilization within the myofascial system.

• Instrument Assisted Soft Tissue Manipulation (IASTM) – manual therapy modality that effectively interacts with connective tissues and the nerve roots that innervate them to mitigate pain, promote tissue glide, nervous tissue regulation and fluid capture.
• Kinesiology Tape – Special kinesiology/sports tape that provides support while allowing full range of motion. Tape is used to decrease pain, unload tissue via decompression, and provide a novel stimulus that improves body awareness.
• Cupping – An ancient form of alternative medicine in which a therapist puts special cups on your skin for a few minutes to create suction. People get it for many purposes, including to help with pain, inflammation, blood flow, relaxation and well-being, and as a type of deep-tissue massage.
• Compression Therapy – Manual technique that has been shown to improve range of motion, fluid dynamics, pain mitigation, and improved recovery rates

Postural Alignment Specialists assemble a series of exercises designed to reposition, strengthen, and stretch specific muscles to correct dysfunctions specific to an individual. The Egoscue Method therapy uses muscles to reposition the skeleton to its original functional design.
