Jake became a certified personal trainer through the American Council of Exercise in July of 2018 before graduating from the Phoenix School of Holistic Massage in September of 2019. Believing there is no better system that inspires a healthier and pain-free life, Jake joined Structura in January of 2020. His motto is “Life is Movement”; when dysfunction or pain sets in, movement is inhibited, and as a result, it keeps us from living the life we want. The body and its many systems are deeply connected, and when any one part develops a problem, it affects the rest of the body. This is where Jake’s deep passion for structural work comes from. Afflicted by injuries, dysfunction, and physical complications from a long career of athletics, structural work has played a key role in his path to recovery. As such, Jake is very familiar with the recovery process. He believes that as a client, you will progress further by working with him as a team; he tries to stay as involved in the recovery process as you are on a daily basis. He believes in giving you the knowledge and tools you need to become self-sufficient. By restoring function and bringing balance back into the body, Jake will get you back to moving the way you were designed to, without pain holding you back.
