Mobility Therapy

All Human Beings should be able to perform basic maintenance on themselves. Students will learn Self-Care routines with mobility tools that are designed to focus on soft-tissue work, down-regulation, pain resolution, and general relaxation. Once learned, these routines can be taught to clients and done at home or in the gym either before or after workouts. They focus on position, mechanics, mobility, and motor control to help optimize performance and prevent injury. These concepts are ideal for therapists and clients to maintain muscle flexibility and mobility in-between visits after receiving a bodywork session as well as continuing a strong self-care plan that can continually be used and improved upon.
