Structura Structural Physiotherapy
Focuses on targeted specific issues using a variety of muscle release techniques and movements that center on integrating and relaxing areas of chronic tension or knots (also known as “adhesions.”). The therapist works to bring the body back into balance and restore range of motion. This is the beginning to organizing change to the myofascial system and a good starting point in preparation for receiving the 10 sessions of Structural Integration.

Structura Injury Massage
Injury Massage (also know as Neuromuscular Techniques) is to relieve pain, stimulate circulation, and loosen trigger points. This form focuses on individual muscles rather than muscle groups, allowing the myofascia to become more mobile/elastic. It can help free the body of spasm and pain, increase its range of motion, and help prevent future injuries. This treatment is also very effective in preparation for joint mobilization or manipulation/adjustments by your Chiropractor or Physical Therapist.

Structura Postural Re-patterning Therapy
A unique and very effective program designed to treat musculoskeletal pain without manipulation (massage techniques). It is a process which involves a series of stretches and gentle exercises designed to restore full, natural function to muscles and joints. This process strengthens specific muscles and brings the body back to its proper alignment and functioning the way it was designed—pain free. From children to senior citizens, professional athletes to those in pain, this is appropriate for all ages and levels of activity.
Your Therapist will put together a program that fits your schedule and also benefits your therapy plan. This is ideal to maintain your postural health in-between visits after receiving a Structural or Injury massage session.

Structura Structural Integration
Is a ten session series that re-educates the body through movement and touch. It systematically releases patterns of stress and impaired function by “unraveling” the problem from the present to its origin, working within a framework designed to restore postural balance and functional ease by aligning and integrating the body. We are organizing and creating change to the myofascial system. The process is yours not the Practitioner’s; the work will proceed at your level of comfort.
Pricing: 90 min. – $100 (includes Postural Re-patterning Therapy)
Structura Signature Massage
A synergistic blend that compliments the structural principles of following the myofascial system that uses light to deep long, fluid strokes to relieve muscle tension and improve circulation. This technique will ease you into relaxation, release stress and promotes proper mind body function. The work will proceed at your level of comfort.

If you must change or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the treatment time to avoid being charged. No-shows, changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time are charged 100% of the value of the service.
