We have a 24-hour rescheduling policy. If you need to make changes or cancel your appointment, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance of the appointment time to avoid fees.
No-shows, changes or cancellations within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment time will be charged the full value of the service that was scheduled.
Please try to arrive at least 5-10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time, especially if you are a new client, since there are new client forms you will need to fill out. If you are running late, please notify us as soon as possible. We will do our best to accommodate you. If you are late, or if you need to leave your session early, you will still be charged the full price of the scheduled appointment length.
Your session consists of hands-on bodywork time, time for you to dress and undress, as well as time to communicate with your therapist about specific concerns and questions you may have. This helps ensure that we stay on-time and give each of our clients the best experience possible.
- 30-Minute Session: 20-minutes of hands-on bodywork, 10 minutes for dressing / communicating
- 60-Minute Session: 50-minutes of hands-on bodywork, 10 minutes for dressing / communicating
- 90-Minute Session: 80-minutes of hands-on bodywork, 10 minutes for dressing / communicating
